We are currently looking for a part-time receptionist for our central offices at the Palmetto Bay campus. The Receptionist manages the front desk on a daily basis and performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Prior experience as a receptionist is a plus.


  • Receive, screen, and direct incoming calls with a positive and helpful spirit.

  • Courteously greet, attend and screen visitors and walk-ins.

  • Answer basic questions about church events and other related information.

  • Receive and notify staff of deliveries.

  • Assist Palmetto Bay Campus Pastor with various administrative tasks.

  • Assist with benevolence requests.

  • Assist in updating Baptism/Salvation reports and office TV communications.

  • Assist with other administrative duties.



  • Consistent, professional dress, and manner.

  • Prior experience as a receptionist, in customer care or in a related service area.

  • Relational and customer service oriented.

  • Patient with a helpful attitude.

  • Organized and efficient with time management.

  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.

  • Someone with strong communication skills and able to prioritize.

  • Dependable and able to multitask effectively.

  • Computer proficient (Word, Excel).

  • A quick learner with attention to detail. 

  • Bilingual
